    ARCTIC Accelero Xtreme III 3 - AMD NVIDIA Graphics Card Cooler GPU.
    Used to cool a 2080ti, i returned it to stock.  Excellent cooling, there are plenty of reviews.
    I did not use the Arctic triple fan, i used Noctua A12x25 fans.  Everything is there except for the thermal paste, you will need your own.  You will also need to clean off the thermal adhesive from many of the vrm/mosfet heatsinks, but it comes of pretty easy with some alcohol.
