that uses the pictured blue drive caddy.

18 or 20 inch SATA 3.0 (6GB) cable
This bracket is offset for proper connection to the SATA power and signal cables on your Dell Vostro, Optiplex or Inspiron Desktop that uses a blue drive caddy, it will also replace the metal drive caddy brackets used in Inspiron 620 - 660 and Vostro 270, 470 models and some other models.
Other 'center drilled' brackets won't allow dual drive power connections as the spread is too far
